If you’re an ethical business owner, you give your best for every client. And the first step should be tracking all your client’s results. Even just high level.โ€‹

No, it’s not “their mindset” at fault. Take ownership!โ€‹

It’s mostly your inability or properly qualifying them, including their mindset, and the level of service and attention they require.โ€‹

But if you did sell them in, you better do your best to get the results!โ€‹

Even if you’ve handled their objections about why it’s easy to implement the productโ€ฆโ€‹

Even if it gave them the tools on exact step by step how to do itโ€ฆโ€‹

Sometimes there might be things that you don’t even think about, that really block them to implement those steps.โ€‹

There may be over the place, maybe they don’t know how to choose between multiple options, maybe their lack of confidence is stopping them from making a decision.โ€‹

You need to own it!โ€‹

That’s why accountability is really important.โ€‹

Talk to your customers, track their progress, address their needs, turn them into videos and try to automate them. Then repeat.โ€‹

If people have money for Lambos and Rolexes, at least they can pay an assistant to check-in with their clients, if they too “mindset elevated” to do it โ€‹
โ€‹
Be humble. Business is getting people results in exchange for a cost.โ€‹
โ€‹
Go change lives!


I mean, if you’re an ethical product development, and you want to bring value to people, you don’t just care about selling and getting them in, you care about them, you care about actually getting them the results, having them achieve that desire.

And this is where the accountable counting took place.

Because sometimes on the way, even if you’ve handled their objections about how to about why it’s easy to implement the product, even if it gave them the tools on exact step by step how to do it, sometimes there might be things that you don’t even think about, that really blocks them on to how to implement those steps.

Exactly.

Maybe the fact that they’re all over the place, it may be the fact that sometimes this checklist may have multiple options, and they don’t know exactly which one is applicable to them which one to choose.

That’s why accountability is really important.
